48 Hour Checking Period
Please ensure all goods are checked immediately after receiving delivery. Please provide a basic inspection of the goods within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to ensure:
- You are happy with the goods you have purchased
- There are no apparent breakages on delivery
- There are no physical faults or damages with the goods
- You have received the correct goods you have ordered and there are no shortages

Returns and refunds
- We accept unused, unfitted boxed returns for a refund or an exchange providing we are notified in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods by completing the online return products form.
- Please note we will not accept goods back for a refund or an exchange if we are not notified in writing after 7 working days of receiving the goods. A telephone call is not sufficient.
- You must take care of the goods whilst in your possession.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is needed for all returns and refunds
Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or damaged or not as described.
If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website or email us within the applicable Returns Policy period.
For products where installation is provided by Lightspro:
1. Please do not open the product packaging by yourself. Lightspro authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
2. The return period for such products commences from the date of installation.
· If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on Lightspro, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Lightspro (or partner) personnel may visit your place. Lightspro will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.

· In case the product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.
In case of returns Lightspro will arrange for the reverse pickup where in customer should bare all the expenses for reverse pickup. In case of returns you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions.
Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and any other tags should be undetached and clearly visible.
All in-the-box accessories (like Main product, bulbs, stands, fittings, screws, chord, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a product and related accessories should be checked and packed.
The product (including bulbs, stands, fittings, screws, chord etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
